Primary Functions: Oversee and perform tasks needed to execute corrective and preventative maintenance for credit union facilities, provide support for facilities projects, and provide mail and distribution support services as regional needs dictate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule and direct the day to day activities of assigned department personnel.
- Responsible for the supervision, safety, development and training of assigned personnel.
- Inspect and maintain credit union facilities by performing building inspections, scheduling maintenance, performing repairs, preparing reports, developing Statements of Work and gathering proposals for larger repairs.
- Ensure that contracted work is performed as described in the contract, and coordinate access per the vendor access policies.
- Schedule and ensure that work orders are completed timely and accurately using Maximo.
- Ensure and coordinate the proper maintenance of Facilities department equipment and vehicles.
- Maintain a working knowledge of building mechanical systems.
- Provide furniture, equipment, supplies, mail and distribution support services for the region.
- Maintain stock levels of commonly needed items necessary to complete recurring maintenance tasks.
- Review invoices from vendors for accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet with existing and prospective clients to promote financial planning and investment services.
- Conduct educational seminars and workshops.
- Present client financial plan and investment proposals in a professional manner.
- Collect all required documentation, deposits, premiums, etc. in a timely and complete manner per established procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with program partners to service accounts, assist with inquiries and information requests, and resolve any issues relating to products and services.
- Track sales, marketing and referrals.
- Provide referrals for other Alaska USA services as appropriate.
- Participate in the credit union’s business development activities, while seeking and recommending new opportunities.
- Meet production goals.
- Adhere to organizational and industry guidelines, policy, procedure, compliance, licensing and training requirements.

Primary Functions: Originate mortgage loans and assist with officer training.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Market mortgage loan programs to the real estate sales industry and promote the general business interests of the company.
- Develop and maintain loan referral relationships with professionals in real estate, accounting, legal, Retail branch partners, and financial planning fields.
- Interview buyers/applicants and originate investor mortgage loans. Accept applications and input them to the origination system, provide required estimates and disclosures, and gather required documentation and fees to process mortgage loans.
- Ensure all loans are originated, disclosed and/or re-disclosed accurately and timely within all established regulatory compliance requirements and timeframes.
- Ensure accurate processing is completed in a timely manner and prepare for submission to underwriting.
- If the loan is approved, take final steps to ensure a smooth closing. If the loan is declined, verbally advise the borrower and issue applicable refunds. Return any documents not pertaining to credit.
- Answer origination questions for mortgage loan officers as required and assist with their training. Help Mortgage loan officers get their production up to minimum requirements.
- Conduct sales presentations for Realtors, and Retail branch partners as necessary to enhance business relations.

Primary Functions: Assists in eliciting business requirements, designing, building and supporting the components of the data warehouse (data models, metadata, ETL). Assist power users in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to deliver business intelligence to the organization. Assist in developing governance processes around data management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works with Business users and domain SMEs to understand requirements.
- Assists in maintaining data models (dimensional models with conformed dimensions, entity relational models), and Data Vault models to satisfy analytics requirements.
- Assist in building ETL processes to load and reconcile data in the warehouse.
- Assists in data mapping activities by specifying logic and business rules for transforming and preparing data.
- Provides assistance and support to the development and publication of reports and dashboards.
- Assists with Data Quality (DQ) and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.

Primary Functions: Design, build and support analytics that fulfill business requirements. Provide industry and market context in the interpretation of analytical results. Formulate recommendations that will be used to advise and drive decision making by executive management and other teams within the organization. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to deliver business intelligence to the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and support the development and publication of reports and dashboards.
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data sets to identify patterns and trends.
- Formulate recommendations to executive management and other teams in defining business goals and needs.
- Research new data gathering and analysis techniques.
- Study business / economic trends, political situations, policies and regulations; and understand how they may impact financial institutions and associated lines of business.
- Develop knowledge of credit union operations and knowledge of current industry trends as well as current methods and technologies that relate to analytics, statistics, and reporting.
