Reports To: Payroll Manager   Functions Supervised: None   Primary Functions: Balance and reconcile payroll related general ledger reconciliations for all companies. Ensure integrity of custodial accounts. Prepare monthly and ad hoc Personnel reporting. Reconcile bi-weekly and monthly payroll and prepare related journal entries.   Duties and Responsibilities:   - Ensure designated custodial accounts are reconciled monthly and corrections are made promptly. Communicate problems to Payroll Manager. - Assist the Payroll Manager with implementation of new systems/enhancements. - Assist Departments with compiling information for incentives. - Provide accurate and timely account balances, transaction information and reconciliations as requested verifying reasonableness and ensuring conformance with established procedures. - Prepare payroll related internal and compliance reporting. - Prepare payroll journals and balance to payroll reporting. - Prepare 401(k) wires and related detail reporting sent to benefit administrator. - Prepare FSA report for vendor upload. - Act as a backup for the Payroll Specialist. - Perform other duties as assigned.

Reports To: Varies by location   Primary Functions: Perform insurance sales functions.   Duties and Responsibilities:   - Obtain quote information from Client. - Complete Marshall Swift RCE if necessary. - Quote risk & prepare application. - Request photos of dwellings. - Meet with clients to complete application and other required forms. - Cross sell other insurance products offered by the agency or credit union. - Mail or upload application to Insurance Company (if applicable: send RCE, quote, photos and/or payment with application). - Enter client into AMS. - Document new business activities and set up suspense's for any follow up. - Organize documentation in file and give to Customer Service Representative to label and/or send out welcome letters. - Responsible for generating outside sales via referral from mortgage companies, title companies, real estate offices and other businesses. - Perform other duties as assigned.

Reports To: Varies by location   Primary Functions: Maintenance of credit union facilities.   Duties and Responsibilities:   - Inspect and maintain credit union facilities. Reports To: SC Control Manager   Functions Supervised: Control   Primary Functions: Perform collection activity on assigned accounts.   Duties and Responsibilities:   - Perform all duties of a Special Credits Control Officer III. - Responsible for review of Control collection and associated work and for making recommendations regarding the need for adjustment in work routines. - Responsible for the daily management and workflow for assigned accounts. - Responsible for authorizing closure of credit limits consistent with credit union policy and procedures. - Responsible for negotiating and recommending refinances for members experiencing financial difficulties according to credit union policies, to include use of real and personal property liens, extended terms, special interest rates and extended periods for first payment due dates. - Responsible for recommending, preparation and administration of financial obligation in accordance with the Charge Off Policy. - Develop and train staff to understand and comply with all policies, laws and procedures as they relate to collections. - Perform other duties as assigned.
