Primary Functions: Originate mortgage loans and promote related programs within the real estate profession and through personal networks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Market mortgage loan programs to the real estate sales industry and to personal contacts.
- Develop and maintain loan referral relationships with professionals in real estate, accounting, legal and financial planning fields.
- Interview buyer/applicants and originate investor mortgage loans. Accept applications and input them to the origination system, provide required estimates and disclosures, and gather required documentation and fees to process mortgage loans.
- Ensure all loans are originated, disclosed and/or re-directed accurately and timely within all established regulatory compliance requirements and timeframes.
- Ensure accurate processing is completed in a timely manner and prepare for submission to underwriting.
- If the loan is approved, take final steps to ensure a smooth closing. If the loan is declined, verbally advise the borrower and issue applicable refunds. Return any documents not pertaining to credit.
- Conduct sales presentations for Realtors as necessary to enhance business relations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Reports to: Fraud Operations Officer
Functions Supervised: None
Primary Functions: Perform activities in support of Fraud department. Responsible for locating documents to use as investigative tools for all cases related to online access, check fraud, financial exploitation, identity theft, and operational risk mitigation. Creating collection letters to other financial institutions to mitigate loss.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain complete and accurate case files including evidence and interview summary in the case management system.
- Locate, save, and upload documents into case management system: account agreements, loan documents, check copies, IP address results, affidavits, collection letters, surveillance, etc.
- Create affidavits and send to branches/members with support documentation.
- Process inbound mail for Fraud Operations.
- Locate surveillance and review recorded calls to support investigations.
- Create and send collection letters to other financial institutions to mitigate loss.
- Place calls to gather information from branches, lending departments, and members regarding fraud or identity theft.

Primary Functions: Maintenance of credit union facilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect and maintain credit union branches.
- Perform repairs on credit union facilities to ensure they are maintained in a manner consistent with member and management expectations.
- Execute and assist with maintenance activities to ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform janitorial duties as required; monitor custodial and maintenance services.
- Maintain minimal repair parts inventory necessary to complete common recurring maintenance tasks.
- Maintain knowledge of applicable OSHA requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Reports to: Manager, Data Analytics

Primary Functions: As a Data Analyst I, individuals possess a basic understanding of data analytical concepts, are familiar with SQL syntax and can utilize out-of-the-box SSRS and Tableau features. They can write straightforward queries, perform simple data shaping, and provide insight from analysis. With this foundation, they create simple reports, lists, and extracts and work with the business on end user acceptance. Reporting requirements are usually well defined for the Data Analyst I, with development following pre-determined specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works with Business users and domain SMEs to understand requirements.
- Focuses on processing and preparing data to uncover patternsusing tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, and Python for data manipulation and analysis
- Assists Data Warehouse Operations in data mapping activities by specifying logic and business rules for transforming and preparing data.
- Supports the development, automation and publication of reports and dashboards.
- Assists with Data Quality (DQ) and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.
- Assists in developing governance processes around data management and the warehouse development.
- Develops knowledge of credit union operations and knowledge of current industry trends as well as current methods and technologies that relate to Data Warehousing, data preparation, data presentation practices and operations.

Primary Functions: Collaborates as a member of Product Development Teams by applying automation technology such as robotic process automation, business process automation, and artificial intelligence to achieve strategic business outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engages in the execution and development of automation features and stories to support product development teams.
- Develops automation solutions that satisfy technical and business requirements to support the development and deployment of product development features.
- Maintains, develops, and enhances tools/applications for automation frameworks using a combination of off-the shelf and custom solutions.
- Provides detailed documentation and training collateral for automation framework and automation suites.
- Collaborates with domain members to establish automation framework requirements, standards, and design principles.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of team efforts and results.

Primary Functions: Monitor, collect and track financial information on new and existing borrowing relationships. Also responsible for managing and maintaining database relating to financial reporting requirements, annual loan reviews, collateral inspections and financial covenant testing
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring, collecting and tracking financial information from borrowers and guarantors for lending relationships with financial reporting requirements.
- Responsible for creating and sending correspondence to members requesting required financial information and follows up with loan officers and members directly.
- Orders, manages and tracks the receipt of annual collateral inspections on both real estate and equipment when required by policy.
- Responsible for the tracking, monitoring and management of borrower due on demand, commercial lending, and remote deposit capture annual reviews and covenant compliance.
- Assists tracking of legal fees related to the management of criticized and classified loans.
- Responsible for management and maintenance of monthly and quarterly reports to include: new loans booked, change in terms, maturing loans, past due financial information and aggregate exposure.
- Orders and tracks appraisals requested by loan officers.
- Performs ongoing imaging of all financial information including quality review, participations and special credits documents.
- Maintains a solid understanding of lending software and loan policy as they relate to business and commercial lending.

Accurately perform requested transactions and member service and loan activities while proactively identifying opportunities and making financial product and service recommendations to meet member needs. Contribute to the growth of the credit union by meeting individual, branch, and business line goals through cross sales activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with existing and prospective members to create a positive member experience that is consistent with the values and culture of the organization.
- Ensure all members receive prompt, professional, helpful, and courteous service during each interaction.
- Deepen member relationships through expert knowledge of credit union products and services and the execution of member engagement strategies through in-person conversations, relationship calling and referrals to other business lines.
- Use a consultative approach and resources such as the Member Vision Plan to develop solutions that will educate and improve member's financial well-being.
- Ensure accuracy and completion of all transactions and member service requests as outlined in the employee performance standards.
- Efficiently onboard members in the system and complete outbound call programs and set appointments to meet member needs, as assigned.
- Process consumer loan applications and loan closings according to credit union policies, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Enhance member experience by uncovering and recommending additional lending opportunities and ancillary loan products.

Primary Functions: Responsible for developing new business and servicing existing accounts in alignment with goals & industry requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet with existing and prospective clients to promote financial planning and investment services.
- Conduct educational seminars and workshops.
- Present client financial plan and investment proposals in a professional manner.
- Collect all required documentation, deposits, premiums, etc. in a timely and complete manner per established procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with program partners to service accounts, assist with inquiries and information requests, and resolve any issues relating to products and services.
- Track sales, marketing and referrals.
- Provide referrals for other Global Credit Union services as appropriate.
- Participate in the credit union’s business development activities, while seeking and recommending new opportunities.
