Primary Functions: Answer real estate and mortgage loan related telephone inquires and complete credit applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer all in-coming calls as necessary pertaining to real estate and mortgage lending issues.

- Obtain the information necessary to complete credit applications and related documentation.

Primary Functions: Responsible for supervising the daily operation of the Dispute Resolution Department. Ensure accurate and timely resolution of member issues as allowed by federal guidelines and Credit Union policies and procedures.

- Ensure accurate and timely resolution of member issues as allowed by Regulation E, VISA, NACHA, federal guidelines and Credit Union policies and procedures.
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of Regulation E as well as Visa and NACHA dispute guidelines and an in-depth knowledge of best practices. Develop familiarity with applicable state and federal regulations, as they relate to disputed transactions.
- Provide leadership and direct staff in research, analysis, recommendation, and implementation of the resolution of any member dispute to avoid charge-backs.

Primary Functions: Responsible for providing an independent comprehensive written evaluation of commercial loans and relationships. This position will also assist in the preparation of annual reviews.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluates financial statements and prepares independent written credit evaluations. Reports will include a comprehensive evaluation of businesses and commercial real estate and will be used by management in approving credit requests. Reports should adequately summarize the important aspects of the business including a detailed financial analysis, management competencies, collateral evaluation, and guarantor support. Analyses will identify the key strengths and weaknesses for that particular credit request. Analyses may also include an evaluation of the borrowers industry and the borrowers position within the industry.
- Makes recommendations to Commercial Loan Officers and Credit Approvers regarding credit structure and policy compliance.
- Makes recommendations regarding credit risk rating of commercial accounts and assesses collateral quality and values.
- Completes corporate and personal financial statement spreading in the designated system. Completes global cash flows when appropriate.
- Effectively partners with Credit Administration to improve efficiencies of operation, minimize risk, and expand sales opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with sales team to achieve commercial credit objectives, goals and provide outstanding member service.

- Maintain and process declaration of loss requests, returned check orders, and safe deposit box leases.
- Research, collect, and process information for deceased member claims.
- Coordinate and communicate with designated representatives and family members of the decedents.
- Coordinate and communicate with branch staff and appropriate business units and vendors regarding deceased claims.
- Establish new account relationships, Estate accounts, and Fiduciary accounts and transfer assets as required.
- Reconcile assigned department general ledgers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
