Primary Functions: Administrative management of new loan files, participated loans, measured lines of credit, construction advances, problem loans, and derogatory credit triggers. Works with the loan officers towards timely and complete packaging of new loans and construction draws. . Additionally, assists the Portfolio Manager in administrative and accounting functions. Works with loan review manager to manage financial statement and annual review tracking and assignments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understanding of and ability to review credit files for accuracy and completeness prior to assigning to an Underwriter.
- Coordinate with the Participation Manager and Participation Underwriter to manage documentation transfer and report processing to and receipt from participants for purchased and sold participations.
- Works with Loan Officers and Business Loan Assistants to manage construction loan advances, accuracy of construction budgets and draws.

- Monitor Currency Transaction Report Control Logs for BSA/AML compliance.
