Senior Facilities Specialist

Reports To: Branch Facilities Supervisor

Primary Functions: Maintenance of credit union facilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Inspect and maintain credit union branches. Prepare periodic facility inspection and condition reports as required.
2. Perform higher level repairs on credit union facilities to ensure they are maintained in a manner consistent with member and management expectations.
3. Execute and assist with maintenance activities to ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Perform Branch set up following new construction or remodels.
5. Perform janitorial duties as required; monitor custodial and maintenance services.
6. Maintain minimal repair parts inventory necessary to complete common recurring maintenance tasks.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education: High School graduate or equivalent.

Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Not applicable

Experience/Skills: Five years experience in a facilities maintenance or similar position. Must have a working knowledge of building systems, be able to work independently and to communicate with and relate to people. This position requires a valid driver's license, acceptable and insurable driving record, pre-employment physical, pre-employment and random drug testing. Must be able to lift 70 pounds.
