Reports To: Employment Manager
Primary Functions: Receptionist and clerical support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Not Applicable
Experience/Skills: Six months professional receptionist or secretarial experience with knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience with multi-line phones and the ability to type 45 wpm required. Use of a 10-key calculator may be required. Must be articulate and possess the ability to communicate well with the public via telephone and in person. Human Resources experience preferred.
Tenure: Personnel Support Specialist II, category 16 requires six months tenure in the Personnel Support Specialist I position category 17 with performance that meets or exceeds expectations. Directly related work experience and/or accelerated training completion may be substituted for tenure.
